Armitstead Child Development Centre, Dundee – Balfour Beatty

Opened in 2008, we worked with Mansell on the construction of this new centre for NHS Tayside. Our works included bulk earthworks, foundation, concrete floor, sewers, mains services, underfloor drainage and services, SUDS storage, access roads and carparking.
