Mansfield Park, Scone for A & J Stephen (Builders) Ltd.

A & J Stephen have been building homes in Scone since the 1950’s and Mansfield Park is their latest development of 700 homes, the first phase consisting of forty-two private bungalows and villas. We commenced the initial infrastructure works in early 2020 which included the installation of a new foul pumping station and half a kilometre of new rising main through the adjacent existing streets.

Infrastructure works:

Bulk earthworks, roads, sewers, mains service tracks, pumping station, rising main, SUDS ponds.

Plotworks:

Foundations, house drainage and services, concrete floors, external works.
