Park View, Guildtown for A & J Stephen (Builders) Ltd.

We started work on this development in early 2021, installing infrastructure for 44 private homes for A & J Stephen and 40 affordable homes in association with Caledonia Housing Association. Our works include the formation of two SUDS ponds, installation of a new foul pumping station and a new rising main through an existing adjacent street.

Bulk earthworks, roads, sewers, mains service tracks, pumping station, rising main, SUDS ponds.

Foundations, house drainage and services, concrete floors, external works.
