The Grange, Laurencekirk for Muir Homes

This Muir Homes housing development consists primarily of 160 private homes. Since starting on site in 2016 we have installed the infrastructure works and helped construct over 100 of these houses as well as 50 affordable homes in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council.

Infrastructure works:

Bulk earthworks, roads, sewers, mains service tracks, streetlighting works, SUDS pond.

Plotworks:

Foundations, house drainage and services, concrete floors, external works.
