Bertha Park Village Phase 2A, Perth - Springfield Properties
Having successfully completed affordable housing on this project as part of Phase 1A, we have continued our relationship in 2021 with Springfield and Kingdom Housing Association with the construction of Phase 2A. This phase consists of 58Nr flatted houses within 6Nr blocks, associated infrastructure, car parking and “street scene” external works.
Infrastructure works:
Bulk earthworks, roads, sewers, mains service tracks, streetlighting works.
Plotworks:
Foundations, house drainage and services, concrete floors, external works.
